BEST Associates is a Bangalore based independent advisory / consultancy firm founded in 2021 by Y B Ramakrishna and Divakar Rao who have made decades of contribution to the agri-business including bio-energy, rural development & prosperity and environmental amelioration.

These two professionals have been contributing to various verticals of the life sciences sector for decades. After working together for over 20 years on various aspects of bio-energy like R&D, supply chain development for several raw materials & marketable energy products, technology development & integration, pilot & commercial scale demonstration of technologies, strategy & policy development at State & Central Government levels they felt that the cause of development of bio-energy sector on commercial scales can be best achieved by providing end to end solutions to existing business houses & new investors. They felt that such an objective could be best achieved by setting up a consultancy firm especially after the gazetting of the National Bio-fuel Policy-2018 by Ministry of Petroleum, & Natural Gas (MoPNG) of Govt of India (GoI).

 

This is a partnership firm floated by these two professionals, who between them have over eighty years of cumulative professional experience.
